Not only has Bush committed the nation to an aggressive foreign policy that will favor freedom over stability, but he also wants to privatize the Social Security system, alter the civil legal system, reduce the size of government, cut taxes permanently even in face of whopping deficits, change the immigration laws and appoint enough new justices to the Supreme Court to affect judicial policy well into the century. "
